Customer Support
For account, sign-in, access, billing, cancellation, refund, reader-preference, technical or general product questions, email support@storysatva.com.
Include your StorySatva account email and a short description of the issue.
For your security, do not email passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, UPI PINs or other sensitive banking credentials.
Editorial Corrections
For factual errors, incorrect attribution, materially missing context or other editorial issues, email support@storysatva.com.
Include the Story/article title or link and briefly explain the issue.
Privacy and Data Requests
For privacy questions, account-data requests or data-deletion assistance, email support@storysatva.com. You may also use account and data-management controls where available.
Formal Grievances
Email grievance@storysatva.com with your name, account email where relevant, a short description and any useful Story/article or transaction reference.
Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete payment credentials.
We will acknowledge and handle grievances in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
Subscription Management
Manage subscriptions through the channel where you purchased them:
- StorySatva website: use your Account subscription controls.
- Android / Google Play: use Google Play where applicable.
- iOS / Apple: use Apple where applicable.
Deleting your StorySatva account does not necessarily cancel an externally managed app-store subscription.
